Who we are at
DokoEdemo Consulting is a talent acquisition and management firm established by a
group of highly skilled professionals to connect employers with the right talent to support
their vision and meet business goals.
Our co-founder, Dr. Shikha Misra holds PhD in computer science as well as quant
certification from Fitch Learning (CQF Institute). She has diversified experience in
financial industry spanning across banking, non-life insurance sector and Fintech start-
ups. Prior to venturing into corporate industry, Shikha has spent number of year in
academics working as assistant professor at various engineering colleges in India.
Our other co-founder is a technologist and holds MBA from Philadelphia USA. He has
more than 20 years’ experience in financial industry working with tier1 financial institutions
Citigroup, American Express, Lehman Brothers, Nomura Securities, MetLife and Moody’s
at various senior management roles.

With the rapid change in the overall employment landscape where both employers as well
as the job seekers are struggling to find a right match, DokoEdemo Consulting offers an
approach of Total Talent Engagement. Our Total Talent Engagement service is based on
the principle of engaging with the candidates at early stage and assist in crafting their long
term career goals by offering them a broad range of employment opportunities before
introducing to the client.
Total Talent Engagement works well before, during and after the recruitment process
wherein both employers and job seekers can help each other to establish a long term
rewarding employment relationship.
